Terms and Conditions for the Reveille 2026 Conference
1. Event Details The Reveille 2026 Conference (“Event”) is a one-day Defence Industry Investment Conference presented by Beaten Zone Venture Partners (Beaten Zone Investment Manager Pty Ltd ACN 667 064 208 and Beaten Zone Management Partnership 1, LP, as corporate authorised representatives of Boutique Capital Pty Ltd ACN 621 697 621 AFSL 508011) and will be held on Wednesday, 9 September 2026 at the Sofitel Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
2. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Registration, Tickets and Admission. Tickets are issued subject to availability and are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the organisers.
The organisers reserve the right to screen registrations and cancel any ticket/order at their sole discretion.
A valid ticket or badge must be presented for entry.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the Event without notice or refund for any reason, including breach of these terms.
Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s licence or passport) will be required for entry and verification.
4. Eligibility and Age The Event is open to individuals aged 18 years and over. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend this event.
5. Code of Conduct All attendees must behave in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive conduct, or any behaviour that may bring the Event or organisers into disrepute may result in immediate removal from the Event at the organisers’ or venue staff’s discretion. Attendees must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, venue rules, and any security or health and safety requirements.
6. Photography, Filming and Media Consent Attendees consent to being photographed and filmed (including audio recorded) as members of the audience or during participation in the Event. By attending this Event you agree to being filmed or photographed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes. All personal or identifying information will be anonymised and protected wherever possible. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please advise the Beaten Zone Team in advance via events@beatenzone.vc. Beaten Zone cannot guarantee attendees that they will not be photographed or filmed; however, all necessary steps will be taken to sanitise all relevant material before publishing or disseminating outside of Beaten Zone. “I consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded in any medium, by any staff of Beaten Zone Venture Partners (BZV) or the professional photographer on site. I consent to and authorise use and disclosure of the photographs and images as part of BZV media releases, publication or on the world wide web including the BZV website and BZV LinkedIn account. I consent to and authorise use and disclosure by BZV of any photographs, footage or images I may appear in for any related purposes.”
7. Intellectual Property and Recording You retain ownership of any intellectual property you bring to or create independently for the Event. However, by attending you grant the organisers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and distribute any photographs, video, or audio recordings of you taken at the Event for promotional, marketing, and informational purposes. Unauthorised audio, video, or photographic recording of conference sessions, panels, or presentations is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the organisers.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organisers, venue, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and contractors will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any attendee in connection with the Event, including (but not limited to) travel, accommodation, personal injury, property damage, or cancellation of the Event. Attendees attend at their own risk and are responsible for their own insurance (including travel, public liability, and health insurance). This includes all travel and accommodation unless a separate written agreement has been entered into with the organisers.
9. Travel and Accommodation • General Attendees: All standard ticket holders and attendees are responsible for their own travel to and from the Gold Coast, Queensland, and for arranging and funding their own accommodation. The organisers provide no financial assistance, reimbursements, or liability for these costs. • Invited Speakers, Panellists, and VIPs: In certain cases, the organisers may, at their sole discretion, offer partial or full travel and/or accommodation support to specific invited speakers, panellists, or VIP guests. Any such support will be confirmed in writing via a separate speaker agreement or invitation letter and is not available to general attendees. The organisers are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or related expenses unless explicitly agreed in writing.
10. Changes, Postponement or Cancellation The organisers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event (in whole or in part) at any time for any reason, including force majeure events (e.g., weather, health emergencies, security issues). In the event of cancellation or material change, the organisers will endeavour to provide notice, but attendees will not be entitled to any refund or compensation except as required by law.
11. Privacy and Data Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the organisers’ Privacy Policy (available on request) and applicable Australian privacy laws.
12. Financial / Investment Disclaimer Any information or advice provided in connection with the Event is general in nature and does not take into account your individual objectives, financial situation, or needs. You should obtain independent financial, legal, and taxation advice before making any investment decisions.
13. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
By registering for or attending the Event, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
